The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to make decisions regarding her pregnancy, including a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay. We oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right

From the Republican Platform

Faithful to the ‘self-evident’ truths enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, we assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed. We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.

    By inference from exit Polls, a lotta our cousins stateside, Catholics I mean, don’t got it.
    After 40 years!
    Not entirely their fault, perhaps..when was the last time they – or thee or me , come to that – were ever told from the pulpit that voting for evil coud not only be evil, but , depending , even a mortal sin -a mortal sin!

    States 310m, 4m abortions a year
    40 years since Roe and wade!
    40 years!
    I know how blind I can be myself when I want, but still, HOW?
