Off-The-Cuff Comparison
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.
Our Lord, 33 AD.
“Proselytism is solemn nonsense, it makes no sense. We need to get to know each other, listen to each other and improve our knowledge of the world around us. Sometimes after a meeting I want to arrange another one because new ideas are born and I discover new needs. This is important: to get to know people, listen, expand the circle of ideas. The world is crisscrossed by roads that come closer together and move apart, but the important thing is that they lead towards the Good.”
Pope Francis, 2013 AD.

I said this before, and I’ll say it again,”Whatsa matter you!? Shutup your face!
What does that “crisscrossed by roads” comment even mean? They lead towards the Good? Which ones? My recollection is that there’s one road that leads toward the good and it’s pretty narrow and doesn’t crisscross at all.
Honestly, this is something I’d expect from a middle-school beauty pageant contestant.
Well said. Ways aren’t narrow anymore, when there is no need to choose the narrow one.

The Pope is using spaghetti logic typically seen in Eastern religions & new agers.
Popcorn at the ready …
I already got the first serving.
It was worse than I expected, though.
Loss of reality is, I think, the best description.

I am giving up reading anything headed ‘Pope gives interview’ – I know it will be heresy.
Alarming to say the least ……
How can the Vicar of Christ say such things ??
I am sad and very concerned about our Holy Father …..what is going on ????
Save us from this madness oh Lord!
Unbelievable!! The Vicar of Christ at his worst!!
Fetid pablum.
I had to look the meaning of “Pablum”!
Another word learnt! 😉
