Keep Talking, Hillary!
Hillary freezes in panic, oblivious to the world, with a “what I am doing here?” face that is just plain scary.
Big Black Guy (secret agent? Or rather a nurse of sort?) is very fast in recognising what’s happening (methinks, not the first time…), jumps on the stage and promptly reassures her; she still remains there, smiling but still clearly unable to connect with the reality around her. It’s only when Big Black Guy urges her to “keep talking” that she recovers and remembers her line and her purpose on that day.
You can say “panic”, it looks more like incipient Alzheimer to me. In both cases, this is the most stressful job on the planet. How is anyone fit to do it who needs to be reassured in the middle of a panic attack/ loss of reality that the people around her are “not going anywhere”?
Scary.
This video was watched more than one million times, I think it’s from August or earlier. Can’t think it brought her the vote of many still undecided.
if I were Trump, I would run this and the other one of the 11 September in my own ads.

It very much looks like a seizure from this view; they can certainly worsen during stressful times.
I think it could be an atypical absence seizure, but how could she return to a regular speech, even if it is a rehearsal one?
I would bet on a side effect of one or more psychotropic drug.
Can you expand on that, Fernando?
How would you explain what a “psychotropic drug” is to a layman?

You don´t need to speak portuguese to understand. It´s embarassing.
In the end, someone shouts: Comunista!, and she answers: Parabéns! (I translate: Communist! her answer was “Congratulations!”) perfect nonsense.
The information, though not official, is that she was taking anti-depressive pills, as she was in a stressful job and facing an impeachment process.
Who’s the rather appetizing woman in the blue suit? She’s the only one who makes the extremely painful sequence bearable… 😉

A“psychotropic drug” is any drug capable of affecting the mind, emotions, and behavior. Here, I mean the legal ones, not illicit drugs, such as cocaine or pot.
Firstly, I´m a doctor, but not a psychiatrist, neither a neurologist. I experience mental illness in my job, sure, and also in my family. I do not particularly study the issue, but I know that politicians can be ill-minded lunatics, psychopaths or hysterics – see the Andrzej Łobaczewski book Political Ponerology,
My analysis deals with a possible side effect of one or more legal drugs, but I don´t exclude other possibilities such as neurologic disorders (epilepsy) or degenerative diseases (Parkinson or Alzheimer).
Anti-depressant or benzodiazepines drugs are widely and indiscriminately used for many reasons, from insomnia to panic.

People of the lie are all possessed, under controlled of “Father of Lies”. It is hidden very long times in the name of mental illness. Devil can cause physical and mental illness besides giving his disciples money, fame and power. Seems like too late for Hellary now.
