Make Purple The New Orange.
I have written very recently a blog post wondering whether the corrupt, faithless US Bishops would side with the Pope is his stonewalling of the investigation against PervChurch,or would do the liberal thing and bow to the world, defying his order.
Turns out they choose to stonewall with the Pope.
Now, in my simple world “transparency” means that you make things transparent. Something very bad has happened, and it is therefore fitting that the background of the events be revealed as much as possible. You would think that people talking all the time about how they failed the faithful and promising to engage for them at every breakfast, lunch and dinner time would get this.
Er, no. Transparency is something you talk about. That’s it.
Now, everyone with an IQ bigger than the size of his shoes knows that the Bishops aren’t avoiding to release information so that they can investigate more thoroughly than the public could do. No, they are keeping information away from you so that they can a) protect the vast number of people implicated in the protection and enabling of Cardinal McCarrick, b) avoid the unearthing of a vast, vast homosexual clerical net inside and outside of the Vatican, and c) pretend that they are acting against clerical abuse when they are, in fact, consolidating it and helping it to fester inside and even at the very heart of the Church.
If you thought that the US Bishops would put themselves at the head of the movement (not because of concern for the victims or desire to do Christ’s work; but merely in order to avoid the donations drying out) curb your enthusiasm, because I don’t think that this is going to happen. These people are, evidently, too compromised to risk any degree of openness.
The solution, at this point, is the handcuffs. I hope AGs all over the Country will soon start to treat the US Bishops like the organised criminal ring they are. Let them feel the cold metal on their wrists, and see whether this helps to, as they say today, “facilitate” a change of attitude.

The total rottenness of this papacy is perfectly mirrored by the total rottenness of our bishops and Cardinals. With few exceptions, they are complicit in everything that is disgusting within today’s Church. We should call for the destruction of this evil cabal of perverts and their enablers, and welcome the uproar and scandal that would cause. This is the sort of scandal that actually helps repairing the Church.
Lock them up.
They will sing like gay canary birds.

My guess is that key Bishops requested the handcuffs in order to take no action but protect their credibility, such as it is. Bring on the Feds!
I have never seen such wimps in all my 64 years of life!
Well, I’ve been listening to the USCCB livestream and video-on-demand, and I must say there have been a number who openly expressed ‘disappointment’ or other similar phrases at the Vatican’s “request” to quash a vote. Some suggested they produce a statement for DiNardo to bring to the pope for the February synod, the meaning clearly being they should have a vote without actually having one. A number of spoken openly about the problem being homosexual clergy (which I’m sure made some others squirm).
Don’t get me wrong, I think the bishops should say, ‘Hey, we’re not a missionary district anymore, we shouldn’t let the pope appoint bishops or let him depose them either. The pope’s job is to offer the pallium to bishops who have been appropriately (s)elected (and it’s not appropriate for the pope to be doing that). If we want to have a vote, we’ll have one, thanks very much.” Hopefully these guys have already been checking out the legal status of diocesan property in the US.
Would this be an act of schism? No, schism would only result if the pope responded by trying to depose them or if the pope himself broke communion with the US bishops. But we’ve had schism before. Sometimes they’re the only acceptable alternative.
Is that going to happen? Of course not. At the end-of-day press conference, one of the bishops on the panel, answering a journalist’s question, actually tried to explain the structure of the church by stating that the US bishops ‘report to’ the pope! It’s that Vatican One model of pope-as-CEO that has resulted in the insanities of Paul VI and Francis.
Yes, let’s start from scratch.
Vigano for pope, Father Z. elevated to the cardinalate (is that the word?) and made head of the Liturgy, and the SSPX regularized and put in charge of everything else. Problems solved.

May it happen, and the sooner the better. They are entirely rotten, and the fence sitters are just as rotten as the homosexual cheerleaders. All of them repugnant, they have killed the brand. No solution is going to come from these corrupt men. We need to stop looking for it, it is not going to arrive. All of these men are blackmailable, all of them more concerned for their own comfort than have fear of God or care for the souls of men. What they understand is money, power, collegiality with their fellow perverts, making sure Francis knows they are on his team, and their own comforts. The boys are the icing on their big old gay cake.
There was a priest mentioned the other day, somewhere, at 85 years old he had in his possession child pornography that included the rape of two year-olds.
What corner of hell is going to be hot enough for these men. The president of Notre Dame, NOTRE DAME, “Father” Jenkins, just issued the most repugnant statement, now understood to be the initial defense of the indefensible human creatures, those who sexually abuse children. This faux man of the cloth, this hireling, actually said it was “unfair to call such men monsters”. Now this is something that has come right out of NAMBLA, out of a conference held last year or the year before at none other than Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, which had a professional gathering that ended up being a defense for the very same act, the sexual exploitation of children by adults, by perverts, who now want their place a the filthy table this culture is setting. Well belly up to the bar boys, join the entourage as they careen toward Hell, where else should you vile predators end up, you who do as Jesus warned not to do, corrupt a child. He spoke of millstones, and I hope He puts huge ones around your neck. You dare to touch an innocent child or corrupt a young person, and then come to us demanding acceptance?? NEVER. You are filthy homosexual monsters, don’t look to me, a mother and grandmother, for tolerance, and if I were you, don’t ever pull your nonsense on any child in my vicinity, and God help you if it’s one of mine.
Our church is filled to the top with such men, all of them, dirty, disgusting perverts. Child molesters. The rape of two year old boys. A priest. Think about that next time you feel guilty about putting money in that basket. And with boys being ruined for life, these bishops refuse to go against the Boy Sodomy Poster Boy.
