  1. Merry Christmas, dear M. I imagine you are enjoying a beautiful Italian Christmas with family involving all those ultra-beautiful Italian accoutrements and foodstuffs. May Gesu Bambino fill your days with joy.

    OTOH, drawing from the English Tradition, you have exposed your readership to so much Christmas beauty from that island, your adopted home, in the way of carols. I have a feeling that you, as a consummate Catholic, apprehend beauty in a very deep way wherever you find it. And you are doing just as Pope Francis, in his Christmas address said to do—sharing it. 😉
