REBLOG: Pope Homo? Francis Approved Homoerotic Synod Text, Says Cardinal

The smell of sheep was becoming unbearable

Pope Francis had, with usual hypocrisy (I do not call him The Most Astonishing Hypocrite In Church History, or TMAHICH, for nothing) pretended he was on the sidelines during the synod, allowing the “debate” (including perversion, and sacrilegious undermining of Sacraments) and then intervening at the end like the good uncle who cares for orthodoxy.

Well, that was another blatant lie, as we all knew but is now officially official.

You must notice a couple of revealing elements here. Emphases mine:

1) Cardinal Baldisseri’s bomb: “The documents were all seen and approved by the Pope, with the approval of his presence,” “Even the documents during the [Extraordinary] Synod, such as the Relatio ante disceptatationem [the preliminary report], the Relatio post disceptationem [interim report], and the Relatio synodi [final report] were seen by him before they were published.”

2) The reason Cardinal Baldisseri gives for dropping the bomb: “This point is important not only because of his authority, but also it puts the Secretary General at ease,”

I can see a clear pattern here. Baldisseri is feeling the heat for his scandalous behaviour at the Synod. He is more or less fed up of being identified with it by all the mainstream Catholics (the informed Catholics know Francis was behind everything, because they think). He then separates his responsibility from the one of the Unholy Father, and lets the bomb drop: “don’t blame me”, he says, “this is Francis’ work”.

Baldisseri is obviously the little lapdog of Francis, but it is true that in this case the responsibility for the text lies entirely by Francis. Francis is in charge, Francis read, Francis green lighted the text, Francis answers for it.

—–

Another difficult day for the Pollyannas, then.

But don’t worry. They are stupid enough. They will swallow new excuses.

——

The text of the relatio, and the scandalous events happened before and after, do demand that we pose the question: is this Pope homosexual?

The relatio post disceptationem was a piece of clearly homoerotic rubbish. It cannot have come from the mind of a normal, healthy, straight man because normal, healthy, straight men are disgusted by homosexuality.

Therefore, even Francis has such a dirty mind that he has some sort of lewd sexual excitement by mixing with sexual perverts (as the latest example of the Trannie has proved once again), or he is homosexual himself, and promotes the homo agenda at every step.

Either very lewd, or outright pervert. Tertium non datur.

I continue to pray for both his immortal soul, and the end of this pontificate.

Si Tacuisses, Philosophus Mansisses

I keep reading Cardinals who sound as if they belonged to a different religion. Actually, I keep reading Cardinals who do show, by their own talking, that they belong to a different religion.

The latest one is Cardinal Ravasi, the Lou Reed fan, very eager to take a walk on the wild side. Ravasi reacts to Cardinal Burke's invitation to the Pope to quench the heresy, and says in his innocent ignorance of everything Catholic that no, the Pope could not do that, because his intervention it would have ended the debate. Roma locuta, causa finita, said the chap, to show us in life he hasn't been listening to Lou Reed all the time.

The stupidity of this is immense, but is the more insulting if we reflect that it comes from a Cardinal.

Roma not only used to, but has to speak – for all times to come – exactly in order to end discussions that should not have started in the first place! Heresy is not on a par footing with Truth, and the Pope is never ever to be neutral between the one and the other.

Cardinal “Lou Reed” Ravasi does not get this simple concept. He talks as if the discussion took place inside a political party. He has no idea – or does not care – about the principles involved. To him, “Rome” has a duty to encourage discussion irrespective of what is actually discussed.

This man is a Cardinal. A Church with such Princes is truly a Kingdom in serious need of repair.

Choose Your Blogs Carefully

choose

The historical events of the last days are also, in the most brutal manner, the demonstration of the utter uselessness or outright help for the Devil of many blogs written by people who have the guts to call themselves “Catholics”.

As the Relatio post disceptationem was made public, the usual suspects were running to explain to a stunned Catholicism that it was business as usual, and there was, really, nothing to be worried about; just the usual nutcases screaming, because that’s what they do.

Pick your “c”atholics blog/publication and go read – if it’s still there – what was written on it on the 13 and 14 October. Weigel insisted in telling us nothing has happened, as the bishops all over the world were terrified and extremely angry – but he didn’t know that yet, you see -. The “Gluttoness” ‘ main concern was whether the “gays” will not be offended (yes: they, the “gays”) at the language used in the text. The “Catholic Herald” explained to us, in a true spirit of prostitution, that Francis’ reform still had a long way to go before being completed; the same outlet, on the same day, dared to publish the infamous “God’s Laws are now obsolete” homily report in which the Pope’s blasphemy, without precedent in the history of Christianity, is reported as if it were a piece of news from the Congress of the Labour Party; nor have I seen a single word of criticism of the Unholy Blasphemer afterwards.

Interestingly, after the mess had happened the unCatholic Herald has an article of a priest, lamenting… the English translation! Lord, give me strength!

I did not havevthevtime to read some of the other usual suspects, but I can’t imagine those I have missed, – the likes of Akin and Shea – were above their usual, obscenely low standard.

In short: whilst Rome was in great danger of burning, “institutional” Catholic sites were telling us fire is very modern, or what the church always had anyway, or awfully overrated as a danger.

These are, my friends, the best allies of Satan; because whilst obvious enemies of Catholics are heavily discounted by everyone who cares, these people deceive – to a point, of course – those who, at least in principle, care for their Salvation.

Last week has shown that there is no amount of blasphemy or heresy from the Pope that these people would not sell as what the Church has always said, business as usual, some kind of strange but ultimately harmless choice of words, or something to celebrate altogether. Unless, it is, for the fact that the “gays” might feel offended (they; the “gays”) at the wording.

In a rather striking contrast, let me mention the blogs which – besides your humble correspondent – I have seen with immense consolation shooting from all cannons before the extent of the bishop’s rebellion was known: in no particular order John Smeaton, Rorate Caeli, the “Remnant”, “Harvesting the Fruit of the V II”, and the Traditionalist Catholic Priest were shooting like it’s The Alamo with no regard whatsoever for what the world was saying, how the media would have reacted, whether the bishops would have caved in to Pope Allende, and whether we would have woken up the day after a planet of happy heretics.

What a joy, to see these brave men and women of God running to the ramparts without knowing or caring how many Uruk-Hai are below, and without knowing whether reinforcement would ever arrive; ready ten thousand times to be called bigots by a stupid world, than sellouts by Christ.

There were, certainly, many more blogs who had these kind of reaction, though I cannot read or even mention them all. But certainly what could be noticed is that the simple laymen, the “one man and one laptop” efforts were, together with the established voices of Tradition, light years in front of the cowardly commercial, “allegedly-middle-of-the-way”, “look-how-cool-Catholicism-is” blogs a la “Patheos”, and utterly prostituted outlets a la “Catholic Herald”.

Speaking of which, I wonder whether heads will now roll over there; probably not as long as TMAHICH is Pope. Still, those who run that miserable rag must get in hot water as long as Francis is gone, as they have showed to the entire Catholic world that they are not better than those who run the “Tablet”; in fact, they merely have different target readers.

As to “Patheos”, it would be easy to say that everyone who goes there for spiritual nourishment is beyond repair anyway; but perhaps some of them are not beyond repair, they just know not what they are doing. For them, this truly is the time to open their big blue eyes and look at the ugly truth straight in the eyes: even if Francis declared that he is the False Prophet, the “Patheos” sites would be his first and more vocal supporters.

I have been struggling, these last days, to decide who was worst than the “Gluttoness”. I am afraid the biscuit goes to a brand new Patheos blog, written by a nun of sort, who proceeded to explain to us that she lined for communion when she was an atheist, isn’t sure how exactly bad this is, but if she has been told she cannot receive she would have been oh so offended that she would have gone away for good, evidently not becoming the wonderful religious sister she now is.

These are the sisters, the bloggers, and the alleged Catholics you find on Patheos.

Choose your blogs carefully. Your immortal soul may well be at stake.

Is Michael Voris Finally Seeing The Light?

I will deal with the main news (as I understand it; and if there is one) in another post.

This here is both an appetizer, and the occasion for a short comment on CMTV’s stance.

You can easily notice that this is a highly dramatic, “breaking news” broadcast.

Note that Voris interrupts a (late) dinner with his entire troop to broadcast in the night hour something that he must have seen as both huge and implying consequences for everyone, Church Militant TV included.

There is no open comment on Burke’s comments, but the treatment of the matter seems to indicate Voris himself might be, like many other persistently blind Catholics, at a crossroads.

For the moment, I limit myself to notice that Burke appears to have made what Michael Voris himself considers, or considered, very bad, weakening the Church, and (if I remember correctly) leading souls to perdition. It will be interesting to see how he deals will this: can he ever criticise a Cardinal for criticising a Pope for the very same reasons why he criticises the Cardinals himself? Absurd position, I know, but then it always was.

The fact is, it isn’t so unusual for a Cardinal to criticise a Pope. This here is important not because a criticism has been uttered, but because whichever the words used, the criticism must strike at the very core of the Papacy, exactly as Communion and sexual morality.

I am waiting to find more information on this matter. I am also eagerly awaiting to see whether other Cardinals will support Burke’s position (if it was what it is reported to be; but Voris is a serious journalist and would pay attention to what he says without having solid evidence of what was said). My impression is that the press tamtam went around the journalists’ dinner tables yesterday night, saying “Cardinal Burke wants to get rid of the gloves”. If this is so, the general tone of the words and the nature of the criticism ( that is: not of being weak or unprepared, but of being deceptive and manipulating; not of being the victim, but the architect and perpetrator) will be less important than the exact words that were said, because what counts would be, then, the main point: “Cardinal questions integrity of Pope”.

You can also be sure further interviews will follow this one, and the other Cardinals will have to take position, too.

I will not waste time on Burke’s confirmation of his demotion, because I do not write for Pollyannas. Rather, the time chosen by Burke to make this announcement is relevant for another reason: he is clearly saying that he is now more free to speak than he would have been as a person directly involved (as the head of the Signatura Apostolic,a which decides on annulments) in the administration of the Holy See and will, therefore, not shut up.

If Voris were to finally see the light, this would be great news. Another valid soldier choosing the right ranks. If not, I suspect we will just have to wait.

Brick by brick, as they say.

Who Will Take The Lead?

First and Bravest of the Brave: cardinal Burke.

First and Bravest of the Brave: cardinal Burke.

The army of Faggotry has had a setback this week, but there is no hoping that this is the end of the satanical pro-faggotry, sacrilegious madness fueled by TMAHICH and his minions.

Give it a couple of weeks at the most, and interviews from dissenting (from the Magisterium) bishops will start to appear, in order to gather for them Brownie Points with Francis.

The publication of the shameless Relatio will now lead to what was planned all along: the opening of a “debate”, a “discussion” between orthodoxy on one side, and sacrilege and sodomy on the other.

Whilst it is obvious the Pope did not want to start the “discussion” with a bleeding nose and a black eye, it is perfectly clear this kind of “debate” is what was planned all along, and this is what we are now going to get. And no doubt, The Most Astonishing Hypocrite In Church History will be the one who fuels it from the very first line with more outlandish, or outright heretical, or utterly blasphemous statements.

It is clear enough by now that most Bishops do not want such a discussion at all, because Truth is not questioned and is no object for debate. But the homo troops will be reorganised in a matter of weeks, perhaps days. When the big media noise has subsided, it will be the time to start advancing again: timidly at first, more and more strongly as the months pass.

We need strong leaders now. We need Bishops and Cardinals who are actually afraid of going to hell, and put their duty to Christ before the rich privileges of their positions. When Christians in Africa and Asia risk their lives everyday just for going to Mass, it is perfectly reasonable to ask consecrated Bishops, people who should be ready to die for Christ at a moment’s notice, to run the risk of losing a diocese, and being sent to some remote and unpleasant location, at the very worst.

Some names have emerged in the last days. Cardinals Burke, Mueller, Pell, and Napier seem to me the four most courageous ones, the elite of the Christian troops in this very difficult moment. And I say this with admiration for Cardinal Mueller: a man of very questionable theological integrity concerning the Perpetual Virginity of our Blessed Lady and the Resurrection; but who has, when severely tested, reacted in an exemplary manner.

In the same vein, I am less than impressed by the silence of two names that could, I think, be expected to be among the voices claiming in the wilderness. Cardinal Piacenza is the first, and Cardinal Bagnasco is the second. The latter has, it is very true, shamefully caved in to Francis’ Gospel of inclusiveness in a past, very scandalous occasion, but it would still have been a legitimate expectation to see him, a man to whim many look as at a protector of orthodoxy, to speak clearly enough to make world news. The former is a riddle to me. A man who has never, to my knowledge, compromised his faith, has now allowed others to expose themselves to the ires of the Gay Army whilst – as far as I can see – not voicing any criticism strong enough to put him in the first line of the Resistance. Perhaps he is working with them behind the scenes. Perhaps he will intervene when his friends decide that the time is right. Perhaps the English-speaking press has ignored his strong criticism. I am grateful for links to his public utterances in these days, in whatever language. It would be a great joy to be able to count Cardinal Piacenza among the Very Brave.

Let us pray for Mueller, Pell, Napier, and particularly Burke, the first one of this brave troop to open his mouth and, from what I could read up to now, the most outspoken. But Francis needs to be questioned and criticised publicly far more strongly than this has been the case up to now.

The word “heresy” is still nowhere to be heard. We need for brave Cardinals to get into the next gear now, openly denouncing the heresy and putting the Pope in front of the choice of either openly supporting or openly recanting it.

Half words will not serve anyone now. If Francis is allowed to sit on the fence he will have reached his main objective: to sit there as the “referee” of a “friendly match” between two “pastoral views”. This is what he wanted all along.

There are no two pastoral views. There is orthodoxy on one side, and heresy on the other.

We need strong Cardinals calling Kasper’s doctrine heretical, and doing the same with the Pope if he does not condemn it. We need this vulcan to erupt in the open now, if we want to avoid the subterranean subversion of Catholicism to go on as the Pope threatens, persuades, cajoles and corrupts in the next twelve months and beyond.

The moment is now.

Who will take the lead?

After “Mad Monday”: A New, Forward-Looking Hermeneutic For The Second Vatican Council.

Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam-21

The always attentive reader Rhizotomos directs my attention to a blog called Public Vigil; from what I can see a soundly conservative blog, well worth the reading but exempt from, say, Sedevacantist error.

The author of the blog is kind enough to mention my little effort, and has some less than very kind, but rather intelligent, words for Pope Ratzinger and his cohort.

I will profit of these intelligent considerations to spend a couple of words on Cardinal/Pope Ratzinger, and Vatican II in general. By the by, the blog author also spends some words on the “not fooling anyone” matter; his are perfectly understandable objections, but see here and here for my thinking in the matter.

I have, in the past, compared Ratzinger to Gorbachev: a last attempt, made in good faith, to take the best out of something that is intrinsically wrong. I do not doubt in the least Cardinal/Pope Ratzinger’s good faith, but I think he applied it to the wrong cause.

Gorbachev tried to save Communism injecting in it elements of sanity, but ultimately failed because Communism is, however you tweak it, insane. Similarly, Ratzinger represents the last attempt to date to extract some “good” from something that is, when we look at it properly, entirely and irredeemably bad.

Whatever Cardinal Ratzinger and Pope Benedict XVI later proposed to make V II “work” would work much better if V II were to be ditched altogether. The “hermeneutic of continuity” is nothing else than the attempt to beautify the Council with elements of timeless Truth; not only in the liturgy, but in the approach to Church governance, evangelisation, etc. This Truth was there before the Council. What has the council improved? Zippo. What has it damaged? Everything.

Pope Benedict’s strategy was, just like Gorbachev’s, self-defeating. If the bad of the present needs the good of the past to make it presentable, it is obvious that the exercise as a whole is not presentable. Once again: whatever was good in what Ratzinger proposed was there before V II, and there is no need of V II at all to introduce it.  Actually, everything “good” that he proposed could have been done “better” by entirely ditching V II: liturgically, doctrinally, pastorally, and so on.

To make the usual, Mundaborian sexist comparison (we need more sexism around; good, old-fashioned sexism; there are two sexes, after all…) it is as if the good girl (the Church pre V II) had been substituted by a slut (the Church post V II), and Ratzinger had come to tell us that it is much better if the slut dresses modestly and adopts some ways of speaking, acting, talking, moving, and thinking from the good girl. Give me the good girl back, then, thank you very much. You are not going to fool me by asking the slut to wear the plisse’ rock and the ponytail.

V II has, as often stated in this blog, a construction defect. It is wrong in the very way it was conceived, in the very mentality it represented, and in the very attitude it spread the world over. The Council is Church Sluttishness in the most authentic sense of the word. The “treason of the true Council” is a legend, and a very naive one at that: the “Council Fathers” went back to their dioceses and accompanied the demolition of so much sound Catholicism every step of the way. Do not try to persuade me this is not what was wanted all along. Once again, this is like a premarital pregnancy: it did not “just happen”.

Summa summarum: V II is a slut. It is a slut in the way it walks, in the way it talks and, obviously, in the way it lives. Ratzinger tried to cloth sluttishness with modesty, and everyone praised how nice and chaste the ponytail looked; but look: a ponytail isn’t changing the mentality that is still there; and boy, how the mentality was still there!

The author of the blog also makes another very important consideration which, translated, means: as long as the slut is around, problems won’t be far. Or: even if we were to get a Benedict XVII after Pope Dope, the next nutcase is just a matter of time. Why? Because, to remain by the figure of speech, behaving badly is what sluts do.

When we say ( and everyone says) that Francis is “V II on steroids” we mean just this: that the disease was already there; with Francis, it has merely degenerated to a serious fever.

Who has ordained Bergoglio? JP II. “Faggot” Forte? JP II, (apparently, then Cardinal Ratzinger celebrated the Mass!).

Schoenborn? Kasper? Maradiaga? Tagle?

It’s always one of the two: either JP II or Ratzinger. The latter failed in his appointments of bishops and cardinals so parlously, that it is because of him that we are now where we are.

There is nothing good in V II, or Communism. Merely degrees of bad. What is good and sound in Communism, or in Church practice (or in the clothes and demeanour of the slut) can always be found in the original, much better form elsewhere. The Traditional Latin Mass is better than every form of Novus Ordo no matter how reverent; the sound principles of Catholic teaching will always work much better when the novelties of V II are expunged from it; pastoral work will always be more effective when sin and its punishment are mentioned, and so on.

There is nothing good in V II. Nothing to be saved. No improvement whatsoever. V II must be destroyed like it’s Carthago in 146 BC.

The “Hermenutic of burning to the ground and spreading salt over the ruins” is the only one that will solve the problem once and for all.

Don’t try to impress me with a plisse’ rock and a ponytail.

I know what is behind.

The Day The Pussycat Roared

I must say, I am impressed...

I must say, I am impressed…

Father Z publishes the translation of the story published by Marco Tosatti on La “Stampa”.

The extent of the events yesterday cannot be underestimated. It is obvious that a deep malcontent was already there. It is also obvious Francis, Kasper and Baldisseri thought they could keep treating the bishops like the pussycats they have been in the last nineteen months (and for a long time before then). What has happened afterwards could, one day, be remembered as the turning of the tide.

Notice the dynamic. As rather often in life, it needs for only a few strong men to stand up, and others will find the courage to follow. On this occasion, Cardinal Pell has the honour, though there is no doubt the strong cannon fire from others (I put above all Cardinal Burke and Cardinal Mueller; more worthy of praise because more exposed, and with much to lose) had created the ground for what was to happen.

One man stands up, and says that enough is enough. Openly, he accuses Cardinal Baldisseri – and for all those who have eyes to see, which yesterday included all the bishops, the Pope – of manipulating the Synod, making of it the contrary of what it was from the very start.

It must be said to his partial credit, and as a little contribution toward washing away a shame that will remain with him for life, that Cardinal Erdo also found some courage to talk. Possibly, because desirous to show himself on the street when back. Stones are hard in Budapest, I am told.

Interestingly, what happens next is that Baldisseri refuses, and keeps the course. This behaviour, instead of the more natural referral to the Unholy Father, can only be explained with a strategy, decided beforehand, to crush every opposition and get on with the program. “Let the one or other pussycat meow”, they must have decided together with Kasper. “They will be told to shut up, and will promptly comply”.

It wasn’t to be. Enough was, this time, truly enough.

The bishops rebel like one man. The situation has now changed. This is no revolt in kindergarten anymore. Threats of not coming back to the Synod next year had been already leaked, and there could be no more public indictment of a Pope than this one: to ignore him and say in front of the entire world “let the man blubber, and don’t do what he says”.

At this point, no one could have done differently. Baldisseri is on the ground, his position and credibility now wounded to death. The leaking will obviously become a deluge if he insists. If the bishops leave the room, this papacy will be destroyed, with an indictment obvious even for Patheos bloggers to see.

Tosatti at this point refers – boy, the synod room leaks like a sieve: hagan lio! – the turning point of the morning: Baldisseri looking at Francis.

How I would have wanted to be there! These are the moments that make Church history! A bully by both nature and long liberal practice, Francis’ instinct must have been to shut them up, and demand that his wish be their command. But the man has lived too much – wasted years, I admit – not to understand the dynamics at play.

In those moments, he must have seen very vividly in front of his eyes the ruin of his pontificate. Francis The Merciful, Francis The Gentle Uncle, Francis The Apostle Of Collegiality, openly refused by his own Bishops I do not say obedience, but respect and credentials of orthodoxy.  The entire world – not only the Catholic one – would have woken up discovering that the Pope is a heretic. The press offensive would have been an atomic mushroom, because when a bishop refuses obedience to a Pope and says his positions, doctrinal stance and character are not acceptable, he must most certainly explain himself.

The man knows all this. He is a Jesuit after all. He sees the atomic mushroom about to rise.

He remains there, dark in the face, silent.

Nay: he remains there, humiliated, and silenced.

Oh, how he must have hated them! All that he always despised: the “joyless”, “sanctimonious”, “holy-card-faced”, “Pharisees”, “Neo-Pelagians”, perhaps (some of them) even “rosary-counting” Catholics standing there in front of them, an ocean of red and purple caps! Rebelling to him, the Humble Lider Maximo himself!

Francis did not say anything, apparently. But we know what he must have thought:

“Just you wait”.

At this point, the battle of the day was decided. Francis was challenged to come out in the open, and he didn’t show up.

The entire narrative of the synod has now collapsed. The reports of the small groups are now published, and it is extremely clear the synod that we have been sold has never happened. Cardinal “I think the majority is with me” Kasper is exposed as a miserable liar. Orthodoxy, as a whole and even if in the usual, weak V II way, was defended from day one, from the vast majority of the bishops.

This isn’t even a revolt. This is a bloodbath. This is Francis’ comeuppance made “small report”, for everyone to read and stun at the extent of the deception and manipulation. This is a complete, if not sufficiently strong, indictment of the entire “age of mercy”, of the Satanic excrements we have been given up to now, and that were sold to us as the New Truth; because, according to this devil in white, this enemy of Christ and master of lies, “if laws don’t lead people to Jesus, they are obsolete”.

What will Francis do now? He will do what old Jesuit manipulators always do. He will lick his wounds as he works in the dark, unleashing his hounds against the bishops outside of camera attention.  Perhaps he will send one or two “orthodox” messages, to try to divide the public opinion and to lead some into thinking he may not be a died-in-the-wool material heretic after all. He will work outside of the cameras’ attention to the intimidation of many bishops, as he keeps embracing wheelchairs and making well-planned “spontaneous” stops with his humble Ford Focus. He will, make no mistake, keep being TMAHICH.

But something, I think, has now changed forever. This slap cannot be “un-slapped”. He has been exposed as a liar, a hypocrite, and a manipulator. May this not be said with these exact words, the substance of what the Bishops have said and done yesterday is clear. The bucks stops at the Pope.

I have said it before (actually, even before things came to yesterdays’ showdown) that this is an unprecedented revolt after an unprecedented blasphemy.

But at the same time, it was a glorious day. A day that must make the Modernists stop and think, and realise it won’t be a walk in the park. It will be, in fact, a huge mess, and a battle that will be sung in the centuries to come.

One feels today as if Liberius or Honorius had been publicly denounced by their own bishops. It is as if the Ottaviani Intervention had gathered with it the Conciliar Fathers as one man. It is so big.

Further battles lie before us, and particularly before the bishops. The Jesuit will come back with a vengeance, and no trick or weapon will be left unused. The bishops must understand what is going on, and resist as one man, denouncing all of them every attempt at intimidation made to one of them. They are (largely, and loosely, but still…) on the side of orthodoxy. There is no way in hell a Pope can fight them en masse and save face.

But this here was huge.

Pray for the Bishops, that they find the strenght and moral fortitude, now that the conflict has exploded, to continue on the path of Truth.

It was the day the pussycat roared. These things do not happen simply out of human forces.

What a glorious day.

Mundabor

How To Stop A Bully (Actually, Two).

keep calm

A glorious day today. Glorious, probably, as much as the Church of V II will ever be able to be glorious.

The pussycat has roared. Unbelievable. Evidently, there are forces at work going beyond the mere frailty of humans.

The path seems clear to me. Notwithstanding the successful revolt of today (which I can only see as an unprecedented, public humiliation of TMAHICH, The Most Astonishing Hypocrite In Church History; who decided it is wiser to shut up, for the moment at least, and at least in public) what we are going to assist to in the coming twelve months is:

1. A massive intimidation of bishops,

2. A massive inculturation through Catholic media (have you read the “Catholic Herald” on Monday and Tuesday? It was like reading the “Tablet”, or rather the Voelkischer Beobachter…), and

3. Another massive intervention through the Six Little Pigs nominated by Francis; and I wonder whether Archbishop “Faggot” Forte will be even allowed to remain in the game; which, if true, would be enough to make every retard understand what kind of game is being played here.

—–

The way the bishops must react to this is very simple, and I would say unavoidable: the must raise the stakes and not only denounce the intimidation publicly – they are enough, and angry enough to do so with a devastating blow, as today has abundantly showed – but publicly denounce the Kasperite madness as heresy.

This is the only way the wolves now working in the corridors, threatening, promising, cajoling, and dividing, can be exposed once and for all.

Denounce the heresy very hard and very loudly. Give it Kasper’s name. Let the Pothead in Chief, then, either shut up or say openly, publicly, for all the world to see that he officially supports Kasper’s heresy. This morning at the latest he has understood that if he dared to stand up and put himself squarely on the side of Kasper his papacy would be destroyed, and Catholicism would resound of the sound of bishops calling the Pope a heretic, and demanding his resignation. The crystal statue of this disgraceful papacy would be destroyed in one thousand little splinters. Try to make anything meaningful in these conditions, Frankie boy, and good luck to you.

Kasper is the ideal way to reaffirm orthodoxy without officially striking Francis; actually, leaving him one last possibility to retreat in good order. He might also, once he has seen what wind is blowing, reflect about jetting himself off to Argentina, where he would be able to stink of sheep as much as he wants for all the time he has left.

But this is the time to resist to the Kasperite and Bergoglite arrogance and intimidation with a decisive blow; now that the Catholicism with a brain is in a state of shock, wondering at what point of homosexual perversion and prostitution to the world things have come; now that even among the bishops – the last ones to wake up – the cry can be heard loud and clear: enough.

The conclusion of the small groups that I have read up to now (courtesy, as always, of Rorate) is encouraging, albeit – predictably – the Vatican II style of writing and thinking is still too evident to be ignored (“such lifestyles do not lead to human fulfillment” to describe mortal sin and public scandal; a language that would have been considered far too weak any day before Monday). Still, from what I have read up to now something clear emerge: that beyond some blabla of circumstance, the Church’s stance is not going to change. Not if you ask the bishops, not if the massive pressure is resisted.

Francis is now at a crossroads: if he continues to thread with the grace of an elephant on dope the punishment will be swift, but I am sure he got this. He has tried the surprise attack, and it has not worked. His tanks are retreating, but they are not dispersed. They will regroup in the coming weeks and months. What he will do, is to start a subterranean war of attrition:  intimidation for the strong, and inducements for the weak.

But if the bishops are smart, they will realise that Francis isn’t the type to forgive and forget. Look at the FFI. Francis will make promises to them today, and punish them tomorrow. Those who have resisted the certainly immense pressure of the last days must understand that they are beyond the point of no return. They are the enemy now. If he has his way, Francis will have no mercy of them. They are safe of punishment only if they speak loudly now.

How do you stop the bullying?

You denounce the heresy. You let the heretical bubo explode. You put the Catholic world in front of the choice: Truth and Christ, or Francis and Kasper.

Give TMAHICH some good lio.

See how he likes it.

Relatio: de Mattei’s Carpet Bombing.

Boeing B-17s on their way. Objective: heresy.

Boeing B-17s flying over heresy.

God Bless Rorate Caeli, and their indefatigable work for the Faith. One of the contributors whose work is so important, if perhaps undervalued, is Francesca Romana, who has given us countless excellent translations of Italian texts. Translations, in fact, so good, that they are then repeated and quoted in blogs and newspaper articles all over the Catholic world. Yours truly can, of course, understand Italian, but the task of translating all those big texts is a very daunting, time-consuming one (how do you translate “taroccato?” Ah, the beauty of the language, and the airiness of Italian irony… ).

Therefore, whenever an interesting articles comes up in the Italian Press, yours truly hopes that Francesca Romana will come to the rescue of the English-writing blogger. Which, very often, happens faster than you can say ” If laws do not lead people to Christ then they are obsolete”.

Today, Francesca Romana delivered another pearl: the translation of a stunning article from Professor Roberto de Mattei. The article is, basically, the carpet bombing of the Relatio. Nothing is left untouched. At the end of the treatment, what remains are smoking ruins, a testament to the shameless arrogance of the heresy spread by this Pope.

Pope who is, by the by, called into question openly, with the invitation to the Bishop and Cardinal to deny obedience to him.

I invite you to visit the site and read the entire article for yourself. A breath of fresh air after the stench of these days. Published, like other similar intervention, on a mainstream newspaper.

Francis launched two boomerangs on Monday: the Relatio and the “I am better than God”-homily, clearly an open endorsement of the revolutionary paper vomited by Archbishop “Faggot” Forte and Cardinal “Coward” Erdo.

The boomerangs came both back, hitting him very hard on the nose.

Let’s hope the bleeding will be copious.

Reading Francis Through Satan.

Screwtape wasn't happy with Francis, at all.

Screwtape wasn’t happy with Francis, at all…

Do you remember the first mad interviews, the initial “off-the-cuff” nonsense, all that senseless stuff until this summer?

You could go around all the major blogs and read a veritable army of Pollyannas repeating ad nauseam*  that the Pope had been misinterpreted, or betrayed; or that he did not understand Italian; or he had a cold; or that he had not slept enough…

It was Scalfari’s fault. It was the press’ fault. It was always someone else’s fault.

Have a look around now, in the usual places. Where the comments have not been shut, the music is different. Almost no one dares to write what months ago dozen would have written: the Pope has been betrayed by the wolves! The Pope should be informed! Someone please get him away from the phone and show him this blog! Oh, if he only knew! If he only knew!!

That song is gone. Dead as Disco. More forgotten than Donna Summer. “Reading Francis through Benedict”, by the way, has all but disappeared.

Reading Francis through Satan is what, now, many thinks is the right approach, though still very few dare to say it. One of the few is yours truly, of course; but read the comments in the mainstream blogs carefully and you will find a subtext, an unspoken but clearly implied message, that says who the commenter thinks is the responsible, and why.

The buck can’t stop at Kasper. Those times have gone. The Wolf In Chief, the leader of the “serene and profound” pack, sits on the throne of Peter, and more and more are waking up to this.

Francis is, of course, “helping” them in a way, because in his madness he leaned so much out of the window it is now difficult to feign innocence, and the triumphal “God’s laws are now obsolete”  homily/speech, now linked many times, was given on the same day of the Relatio: a double whammy of blasphemy and heresy that totally underestimated the violence of the reaction. Out of a great day of triumph became the worst defeat of Francis ever; the day his image of careful reformer and merciful moderniser was shattered; revealing a scheming, bullying, shameless heretic.

I have already expressed the suspicion that Francis might use cocaine, one of whose symptoms is a progressive but, in the end, extreme loss of the sense of reality, and a euphoric running toward a very solid wall. A behaviour consistent with the extreme stupidity showed by Francis since Monday, and which, if they communicate – which they might well do – surely earned him a frightful scolding from Screwtape, for throwing away in just a few days a patrimony of trust and deception accumulated in many months of solid Modernist work.

Still, the facts are now clear: where the Pollyannas abounded, there is now almost no attempt from individual commenters to keep the blame out of Francis. People start, slowly but clearly, to get it. I think that I, and not many others, are owed an apology, or three.

Where do we go from here? We must hammer into the head of the casual readers the following concepts:

1. There have been heretical Popes in the past. We now have another. Shit happens. Keep calm, and Catholic on.

2. The Holy Ghost does not pick the Pope. The Cardinals do.They are supposed to pray for the guidance of the Holy Ghost, which they might or might not do. The worse they are, the worse, generally, the Pope they elect.

3. This is no time for false courtesy, and measured words. There’s no worse tragedy than a Pope who is a clear enemy of the Church. When you die, pay attention not to be put among the lukewarm. You may come to regret all your “perhaps he was having a low blood pressure” comments, when Christ is spit on the face for all the world to see.

The situation is extreme. Let your words be commensurate to the situation. Jesus was not really (cough) “nuanced”…

4. The Truth will never die. The Church will never die. Even a heretical Pope can but scratch Her surface. Do not despair, and do not lose faith. Prepare yourself for the battle. Pray more. Do penance.

This is our finest hour.

—–

The buck stops at Francis. There’s no escaping this very simple reality, now increasingly more evident even to the distracted observers.

Beware of the wolves. But most of all, understand who the pack leader is.

Valerian For The Soul

SOL-04060-1

If you are like me, and have problems in sleeping because of the mess TMAHICH is causing, perhaps I can offer some Valerian for the soul.

In the “Catholic Vademecum” section above you will find a post dedicated to Predestination and Reprobation (it is at the bottom as I write). The issue is rather complicated, so I would prefer that you click the link and read the post directly.

At the end of the reading, you should be able to get a different perspective of what is happening.

Francis and his minions will not help go to hell people who, if he had not been Pope, would have been saved. God does not allow stupid people to send people to hell, unless he has decreed from all eternity that these people would be allowed to choose, completely freely, to merit hell for themselves.

God is God, and Francis is nothing more than an evil Apprentice Sorcerer. God  does not simply sit there, sad for all the souls He would have saved if it had not been for Francis. To those he has decreed that they shall be saved he will give irresistible graces to save themselves, Francis or no Francis. To those he has decreed that they should be allowed to, out of their completely free volition, damn themselves, he will allow to do so, even after giving them sufficient grace to save themselves.

In all this, Francis is basically nowhere other than as a way of doing what one desires to do anyway. He is just a tool, like a hammer. God is using an evil Pope – a Pope whose evil acts he merely allows – to hammer some well-deserved punishment in a world that has abused His Mercy for too long, and to show some of his Justice to people who blaspheme him by changing His nature in the God Who Forgives Everything To Everyone No Matter What. But in the same way as each hair in our head is counted, each soul will go where it has both chosen to go, and God decreed that she would, out of his own free will, ultimately go.

It is clear even to my neighbour’s retarded cat that this generation will be punished, nay, is being punished in an atrocious way. If you do not see what is happening in the Church with a shudder, and do not have the sense that a colossal Strafexpedition, a “punitive expedition” is now going on full-style, then you are reading the wrong blog. As it is, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that the Lord has decreed that an inordinate number of reprobates be born in these disgraceful times; reprobates who will, not making use of the sufficient grace given to them, merit hell for themselves out of their own free volition.

How the mechanism works becomes more clear with every month: are not the exulting liberals, the adulterous “c”atholics, the concubines, the perverts all walking toward their damnation every step of the way? Are they in the dark as to what the Church teaches? Has God not put in them the natural law, which tells them that unnatural acts are perverted? You know the answers. They are walking towards hell one step at a time, and they are wanting each and every one of them.

An ocean of reprobates has been born; who, freely choosing evil, decide they know better than to follow God’s law. Francis is merely the tool allowing them to do something decreed by all eternity; something that they will, even if in harmony with the Divine Decree, freely will anyway.

In the same way as Francis antics will allow the reprobates to freely condemn themselves, they will allow the predestined to freely work toward their salvation. Out of evil, God makes good. The evil He allows is the evil through which He will show His Justice; the good he will cause to come out of it is the way He uses to show His Mercy.

Yes, the blind will be leading the blind, and a great number will be lost. But they wanted, all of them, to get lost, and God allowed them to be born in the time of Francis in order for them to choose between good and evil; which latter they, being Reprobates, will freely choose.

Do not lose your sleep over Francis. Fight your battle, and earn your salvation through it. Pray for the salvation of your loved ones. Pray more. Do penance. Use the evil to do good. Out of Francis’ evil, God will cause the ardor of many to be born and reborn, and he will allow some to see the light as he allows others to choose (they, for themselves) darkness to the end.

There is some tragic grandeur in the world we live in. We are allowed to engage in a battle that will earn us much merit. The more so as we are, in general, left alone by our shepherds.

Those who get lost through Francis will get lost out of their own, God-allowed volition. Francis will not be able to add one single soul to the count that has existed from all eternity. Similarly, Francis will not be allowed to lead to damnation even one of the souls of which God has decreed, out of all eternity, that they be saved.

There is some chilling beauty in that. We hope to be saved and, knowing by now in which depraved and lost generation we have been born, it is a consolation to know that that very Francis is, in the end, the man who will allow us to profit from God’s grace, work toward our own salvation, and pray more fervently for the salvation of those we love.

Let the fight come, then, you evil Argentinian; you Maradona on steroids; you wannabe Peron.

Do your worst. Make our day.

Fighting you, we are going to save ourselves.

Cardinal Burke Asks. Francis Answers.

Faced with the unprecedented scandal of the Relatio, Cardinal Burke asked the Pope to intervene.

But Pope Francis had already delivered the answer, on the same morning the address was made public. There can be no clearer endorsement of the Relatio, and no clearer answer to Cardinal Burke’s question, than the one the Pope had already delivered.

We need to stop pretending that Francis may be anything else than a heretic. We have to do with a Class 1 Modernist here.

Cardinal Burke, Mueller etc. know already how things stand. They must make a public stand that goes beyond asking Francis whether what he allows his minions to do day in and day out, corroborating it with various blasphemies of his own invention, is fine. They must say that it isn’t, and defy him to uphold truth or be called a heretic and enemy of Catholicism.

The reality is staring at us. Let us not look the other way.

What JP II’s Catechism Says About Francis

donkey

I do not like to quote from the wrong Catechism (I much prefer, remaining by the contemporary ones, Ratzinger’s Compendium; or the old ones), but this here seems fitting. Emphases and comments mine.

675 Before Christ’s second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the “mystery of iniquity” in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth (does this ring a bell?). The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.

676 The Antichrist’s deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be realized beyond history through the eschatological judgment. (this is 100% the socialist Bergoglio’s agenda, “make poverty history” bullcrap.) The Church has rejected even modified forms of this falsification of the kingdom to come under the name of millenarianism, especially the “intrinsically perverse” political form of a secular messianism (Alas, Bergoglio never got the Memo).

677 The Church will enter the glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, when she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection. The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God’s victory over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven. God’s triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgment after the final cosmic upheaval of this passing world.

—-

Now, where is TMAHICH in all this?

Is he the Antichrist? Poppycock. If Bergoglio were the best effort Satan can dish out, we would not be at this point.

Is he, at least, the False Prophet? I cannot believe it, either. Too obvious, too vulgar, too vain, too imprudent, and too stupid, this man is not fooling anyone with some solid instruction and a basic thinking. I read around the blogs, and I have not been finding for months any properly formed intellect daring to support him. If it’s not silence (probably the most common reaction up to now, at least among religious) it’s incredulity, or attempt to think he said something else. That what he says is, in itself, pure, stinking, Class 1 Argentinian Cow Excrement, everyone with a proper functioning brain can see without difficulty; and every month that passes, more brains start to function properly.

Unless he is just an idiot whom God allowed to become Pope in order for us to be punished with, so that we understand how stupid Vatican II is, this here can be put, at most, in the category of the wannabe false prophets; a precursor of the precursor, so to speak; a warning shot; with the important difference that this man here is so unqualified for the job that he can only persuade the heathens, the atheists, those with an agenda (concubines; adulterers; those with the fag in the family, & Co) or the obvious morons.

But does he persuade faithful Catholics? No. Pick your forum, or blog. Read around. See for yourselves. Among those who care he is clearly going nowhere. And the more he tries to garner popularity among the wrong crowd, the more the right crowd open their eyes and start to finally – because violently forced to – look at reality in the eye and say: this is not my religion. Francis is forcing many a sleeping brain to wake up, and start thinking.

TMAHICH is, at the bottom of things, a dirty old man with a dirty old mind, a total lack of faith, and a boundless vanity. He will cause (seen from an earthly perspective) a huge damage, but he will not fool anyone of those that count. True Catholics will oppose him for as long as he is Pope (and let us hope the Lord strikes him dead soon; possibly today; now, as I write this). He can only be liked by those so stupid or so perverted that they want to be blinded by him.

They may be many, but I do not think the blind and the stupid are a great prize for Satan. The smart and the saintly are. They all despise him. That’s how it is. Read around, and see for yourselves.

Francis is a failure even as a revolutionary.

Dirty, old, blasphemous ass.

Should be spat in the face. By people in wheelchairs. From the poor neighbourhoods.

Mad Monday: It’s Time To Retract

The Press Office of the Holy See has issued the following statement.

Declaration of the Director of the Holy See Press Office on behalf of the General Secretariat of the Synod

The General Secretariat of the Synod, in response to reactions and discussions following the publication of the Relatio post disceptationem, and the fact that often a value has been attributed to the document that does not correspond to its nature, reiterates that it is a working document, which summarises the interventions and debate of the first week, and is now being offered for discussion by the members of the Synod gathered in the Small Groups, in accordance with the Regulations of the Synod.
The work of the Small Groups will be presented to the Assembly in the General Congregation next Thursday morning.

I do not know whether the original Relatio is more stupid, or the declaration. Probably the text is more blasphemous and heretical, but this declaration is every bit as offensively stupid.

An unprecedented revolt after the unprecedented blasphemy of such a text can’t be dismissed by simply stating that to the documents “has been attributed a value that does not correspond to its value”; this cannot be done because the value that has been attributed to the document is due to… what is written in it!

This is not even a fig leave. This is like staying naked in front of the journalists and making a declaration stating that one is clothed!

The entire document must be declared not fit for purpose, and retracted. A new document must be published, of which it is explicitly stated “this new documents substitutes in toto the old one. The old one is retracted, reneged upon, considered as never written, invalid ex tunc in every possible and impossible way.

To say that “it is a working document” and to keep it as the basis for the official document, for all the world to see and read, is to add insult to injury, to offend the faithful a second time, to perpetuate the abuse and the blasphemy simply by stating that the blasphemy isn’t a blasphemy.

If I went to Pope Francis, slapped him in the face and told him “I am not slapping you in the face”, would that be a slapping, yes or no? Yes, it would be, you would say. The slap is there. How you decide to call the facts does not change them.

(For the record: Francis would deserve not only to be slapped. He would deserve to have his ass kicked all around the Vatican Gardens, if he were a simple priest rather than a bishop and the Pope. As it is, he has the privilege of inviolability, and we are not allowed to kick his ass all around the Vatican gardens, as he would so richly deserve).

The blasphemy is there. The heresy is there. The document is not fit to be the basis of any discussion whatsoever. It must be retracted, reneged upon, and substituted for a new one, which is seen to be a valid basis for discussion.

And by the by, we have already seen this movie with Francis’ famous interview: in and out of officialdom or semi-officialdom, on the Internet site, then out, then – last thing I remember – in again, then – perhaps – out again. But the content was never retracted, and its stench is still in the air. That outrageous behaviour is being perpetuated in this case.

What a bunch of hypocrites.

Akita And The Synod, 10 October 1973 And 13 October 2014

Akita, 13 October 1973. The Blessed Virgin to Sister Agnes Sasagawa:

“My dear daughter, listen well to what I have to say to you. You will inform your superior.”

After a short silence:

“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests.”

“The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres…churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.

“The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them”

“With courage, speak to your superior. He will know how to encourage each one of you to pray and to accomplish works of reparation.”

“It is Bishop Ito, who directs your community.”

And She smiled and then said:

“You have still something to ask? Today is the last time that I will speak to you in living voice. From now on you will obey the one sent to you and your superior.”

“Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved.”

Rome, 13 October 2014. Relatio post Disceptationem: the Synod’s Bishop to the Catholic world:

A new sensitivity in today’s pastoral consists in grasping the positive reality of civil weddings and, having pointed out our differences, of cohabitation. It is necessary that in the ecclesial proposal, while clearly presenting the ideal, we also indicate the constructive elements in those situations that do not yet or no longer correspond to that ideal.

It was also noted that in many countries an “an increasing number live together ad experimentum, in unions which have not been religiously or civilly recognized” (Instrumentum Laboris, 81). In Africa this occurs especially in traditional marriages, agreed between families and often celebrated in different stages. Faced by these situations, the Church is called on to be “the house of the Father, with doors always wide open […] where there is a place for everyone, with all their problems” (Evangelii Gaudium, 47) and to move towards those who feel the need to take up again their path of faith, even if it is not possible to celebrate a religious marriage.

In the West as well there is an increasingly large number of those who, having lived together for a long period of time, ask to be married in the Church. Simple cohabitation is often a choice inspired by a general attitude, which is opposed to institutions and definitive undertakings, but also while waiting for a secure existence (a steady job and income). In other countries common-law marriages are very numerous, not because of a rejection of Christian values as regards the family and matrimony, but, above all, because getting married is a luxury, so that material poverty encourages people to live in common-law marriages. Furthermore in such unions it is possible to grasp authentic family values or at least the wish for them. Pastoral accompaniment should always start from these positive aspects.

All these situations have to be dealt with in a constructive manner, seeking to transform them into opportunities to walk towards the fullness of marriage and the family in the light of the Gospel. They need to be welcomed and accompanied with patience and delicacy. With a view to this, the attractive testimony of authentic Christian families is important, as subjects for the evangelization of the family.
Caring for wounded families (the separated, the divorced who have not remarried, the divorced who have remarried)

What rang out clearly in the Synod was the necessity for courageous pastoral choices. Reconfirming forcefully the fidelity to the Gospel of the family, the Synodal Fathers, felt the urgent need for new pastoral paths, that begin with the effective reality of familial fragilities, recognizing that they, more often than not, are more “endured” than freely chosen. These are situations that are diverse because of personal as well as cultural and socio-economic factors. It is not wise to think of unique solutions or those inspired by a logic of “all or nothing”….

Each damaged family first of all should be listened to with respect and love, becoming companions on the journey as Christ did with the disciples of the road to Emmaus. In a particular way the words of Pope Francis apply in these situations: «The Church will have to initiate everyone – priests, religious and laity – into this “art of accompaniment”, which teaches us to remove our sandals before the sacred ground of the other (cf. Ex 3,5). The pace of this accompaniment must be steady and reassuring, reflecting our closeness and our compassionate gaze which also heals, liberates and encourages growth in the Christian life» (Evangelii Gaudium, 169).

Various Fathers underlined the necessity to make the recognition of cases of nullity more accessible and flexible….

As regards matrimonial suits, the speeding-up of the procedure, requested by many, as well as the preparation of a sufficient number of operators, clerics and lay people, dedicating themselves to this, requires an increase in the responsibilities of the diocesan bishop, who in his diocese might charge a specially trained priest who would be able to offer the parties advice on the validity of their marriage….

In the same way the situation of the divorced who have remarried demands a careful discernment and an accompaniment full of respect, avoiding any language or behavior that might make them feel discriminated against. For the Christian community looking after them is not a weakening of its faith and its testimony to the indissolubility of marriage, but rather it expresses precisely its charity in its caring.

As regards the possibility of partaking of the sacraments of Penance and the Eucharist, some argued in favor of the present regulations because of their theological foundation, others were in favor of a greater opening on very precise conditions when dealing with situations that cannot be resolved without creating new injustices and suffering. For some, partaking of the sacraments might occur were it preceded by a penitential path – under the responsibility of the diocesan bishop –, and with a clear undertaking in favor of the children. This would not be a general possibility, but the fruit of a discernment applied on a case-by-case basis, according to a law of gradualness, that takes into consideration the distinction between state of sin, state of grace and the attenuating circumstances.

[…]

Homosexuals have gifts and qualities to offer to the Christian community: are we capable of welcoming these people, guaranteeing to them a fraternal space in our communities? Often they wish to encounter a Church that offers them a welcoming home. Are our communities capable of providing that, accepting and valuing their sexual orientation, without compromising Catholic doctrine on the family and matrimony?

The question of homosexuality leads to a serious reflection on how to elaborate realistic paths of affective growth and human and evangelical maturity integrating the sexual dimension: it appears therefore as an important educative challenge. The Church furthermore affirms that unions between people of the same sex cannot be considered on the same footing as matrimony between man and woman. Nor is it acceptable that pressure be brought to bear on pastors or that international bodies make financial aid dependent on the introduction of regulations inspired by gender ideology.

Without denying the moral problems connected to homosexual unions it has to be noted that there are cases in which mutual aid to the point of sacrifice constitutes a precious support in the life of the partners. Furthermore, the Church pays special attention to the children who live with couples of the same sex, emphasizing that the needs and rights of the little ones must always be given priority.
